Senior Software Engineer (July 2018 - November 2018)
During his time at, Ben ported an acquired web application from .Net with C# to Spring Boot with Kotlin. Additionally, he handled the API development for a new site created after the acquisition of and established a Kubernetes infrastructure, monitoring and alert system, and CI/CD pipeline.

Internship Program Coordinator
RetailMeNot, Engineering (March 2016 - August 2016)
During part of his time at RetailMeNot, Ben worked as the engineering department's Internship Program Coordinator. He defined and oversaw a summer program for 13 college interns. He also developed and executed a mentor training course for FTE's. The internship Ben created for RetailMeNot resulted in the company's highest conversion rate of interns to FTE's.

Software Engineer
RetailMeNot, Labs (April 2015 - July 2018)
During his more than 5 years with RetailMeNot, Ben served as a Software Engineer. He provided the company with rapid development of new, experimental products which he integrated and modified core systems across a variety of technologies to support. One such project was a POS-inegrated app-based mobile barcode generator for in-store rebate with partner retailers (compatible with iOS and Android). He also introduced a system for one-click purchasing of products from partner retailers that applied savings automatically.

RetailMeNot (April 2013 - December 2014)
As a Quality Engineer, Ben wrote test plans and implemented manual tests for new features and regressions. He performed automated and manual testing of iOS and Android apps.
